1 or 2 chicken legs
500 ml water
175g wholewheat flour
80g oat bran|
100g liver sausage, unsalted

How to make the best dog biscuits with chicken & liver sausage
Place the chicken legs in a pan with 1/2 liter of cold water.
Bring to the boil, let the broth simmer for 60 minutes.
Weigh the wholemeal flour and place it in a bowl.
Stir the correct amount of bran oats into the flour.
Allow the chicken broth to cool completely then shred the chicken meat.
Buy preferably liver sausage without salt, if umavailable buy low salt sausage.
Weigh 100g liver sausage, cut it in little pieces.
Knead chicken, sausage and 300ml broth (in small portions) through the flour.
Wrap the dough in cling film, place it 1 hour in the fridge.
Roll the cold dough to 1.5cm thickness, cut out biscuits.
Preheat the oven to 150°C, bake the biscuits for +/- 60 minutes.
Allow the biscuits to cool comepletely on a wire rack.
Keep the dog biscuits fresh by storing them in a tin.
