Now that summer is just around the corner and the summer holidays are approaching again, we are already looking forward to our days at the beach. That is why this craft appealed to us so much! We started nice and early, because we are making three matching crafts. Or rather, needlework projects that require quite a bit of work. But then our three crafts will definitely be hanging on the wall when summer begins. :)))
Here is how to make these fun summer crafts
Print the patterns and then cut them all out neatly
Pin the patterns onto felt, we start with the lighthouse.
Trace the inner embroidery hoop on felt and cut it out.
Then you can fit the cut out lighthouse, into the circle.
Also pin the three parts of the sand bottom onto felt.
Cut out the sand parts as well.
Check if all the parts fit into the circle.
Sew the stripes onto the lighthouse.
Sew on the stripes with tiny running stitches
Sew on the light chamber as well.
The sew on the balcony and the top.
Tie off the threads firmly.
Pin the lighthouse into the sand.
Now the lighthouse is ready to be sewn together; after that, you may decorate the lighthouse with embroidery
But first, you make the sailboat
Pin the pattern parts onto felt.
Neatly cut out all the pattern parts.
Check if the sailboat fits in the circle.
Pin the third pattern onto felt too and cut out the beach cabins
Fit the beach cabins into the circle.
Clamp the grid into the hoops.
Sew the lighthouse together.
Sew the sailboat and beach cabins too.
Decorate the lthree beach views with some embroidered accents.
Finally sew the three beach views onto the fabric.
Clamp the beach views into the embroidery hoops, twist the screw on tightly and cut of the excess fabric on the back
