We are reading Naar buiten! Naar buiten (Go Outside! Go Outside!) to our youngest monsters. A brilliant picture book, funnily written by Tiny Fisscher and beautifully illustrated Sophie Pluim. The story is very relatable for our little ones, who also love going outside. Who always find treasures along the way and who have a great storage box at home to put those treasures in (which keeps getting fuller by the day). ;))

Just like the children in the book, our little monsters love being outside. Even when it's pouring, or the wind blows all the leaves into the air, or when they can play with water in the summer sun. But when it's very cold outside and the first snow is falling they go outside too. True outdoor children they are, because they are used to it from a very early age.

This book is also especially attractive to our youngest monsters because of the wonderful illustrations. The pleasure the kids in the book experience outside is very recognizable to our monsters. That's what they get from these pictures, the wonder of nature, the discoveries you do outside, up to and including the crafting. with your treasures :)) This picture book has been read here many, many times!
