The youngest elephant in Blijdorp Zoo is Nhi Linh, who was born on 10 august 2013. Last Sunday Nhi Linh celebrated her 1st Birthday and on this occasion a wonderful book about her was published which is called Dag wereld, ik ben Nhi Lin. The book is beautifully composed, written and illustrated by Mack.
The book is filled to the brim with the most beautiful pictures of little Nhi Linh. The photos were taken by Blijdorp Zoo house-photographer Rob Doolaard as well as there are submissions from fans of the little elephant.
On almost every page you find Nhi Lin in the book, funny and cute, drawn by Mack. Our mini monsters absolutely love Nhi Lin and because we live in Rotterdam we can often visit her at the Zoo.
Since August 10, the book is for sale in Rotterdam Blijdorp Zoo. As of August 25 the book is also available in regular bookstores. We bought it right away because the books just fly from the shelfs!
