Today we read Only the trees know to the little monsters, a beautiful picture book by Canadian author Jane Whittingham. The book has not been translated into Dutch, but the story is not difficult to read. It is a sweet story about a little bunny who longs for spring.
The beautiful illustrations are created by Taiwanese but now Philadelphia-based designer Cinyee Chi. Her beautifully coloured snow landscapes and cute rabbits make this book a pleasure to read aloud.
