Fact Planet: Pollution

At the library, the monsters' choice quickly fell for Fact Planet: Pollution by British author Izzy Howell. We were looking for a good book, and Earth Day is coming up again. So that works out well, because there are bound to be many more little monsters in the Netherlands, who also love books with facts and trivia.

You also find an interesting, educational quiz in the book about the pollution of the earth! The correct answers can be found in the back of the book, so you can check afterwards if you knew the correct answer. The photos show very clearly what is wrong with our way of life on earth. We hope our little monsters will later do better than us!

But when we hear how much our little monsters already know about what is going wrong on Earth! It is also discussed a lot during the curriculum at school. What do we eat and where does our food come from? All good questions and food for thought.

This book certainly helps with that too! The monsters are sad that the book has to go back to the library. But at least it gave us a lot of 'pleasure' reading it, And ... it is part of a series, so who knows how many more the library has!
