100 ml cream
300 g dark chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
Dutch cocoa or orange sprinkles
Tomorrow is King's Day and we're going to make something delicious. These Orange Truffles are delicious and quickly made. Choose the colour of chocolate you like, choose cocoa or sprinkles and for adults you may want to replace the orange juice with orange liqueur.
Maybe you may want to make the truffles half / half, but then give those with liqueur a cocoa coating. Choose sprinkles for the kids, to keep the Truffles apart. But at ours the little monsters join in, so only juice it will be, which is absolutely delicious too!

Pour the double cream into a pan.
Add the chocolate and orange juice.

Set the bowl aside and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Scoop coffee spoons of ganache from the bowl.
Roll it into small balls between your hands.
Cut out crowns and sort the hamsters from the sprinkles.
Cover the balls in chocolate sprinkles large and small.
Press a small crown or hamster on each Orange Chocolate Truffel.
Together with a cup of tea the Orange Truffels taste extra delicious!
