Plotter and the present for Sinterklaas is a nice picture book by the Belgian writer-illustrator Hilde Schuurmans. She also gives lessons in muzo (tekenen, schilderen, knutselen, toneelspelen) to primary school students. So a very creative lady, exactly what we like!
The story is also very cute, Plotter is looking forward to the arrival of the Sint. He talks to daddy about it and says: Actually, Sinterklaas should get a present, because it's his birthday on December 5th, isn't it? Plotter is right about that, Dad says, so Plotter gets to work right away.
The story is lovely and the illustrations are sweet and funny. He's having great success here, Plotter! (Regrettably this book is only avaiable in Dutch!)
