Another brilliant book by Nina Laden that we don't want to withhold from the snazzie readers (with an interest in architecture) is Roberto The Insect Architect. The book is from 1996 but that does not detract from the content which is really funny!
The story is cleverly written, with a lot of humour which we love! The illustrations are beautiful with a keen eye for detail. We read the book to the monsters with great pleasure.
Nina Laden has already written many children's books, they are very different but always brilliant. Are you walking into a bookstore? Be on the look out for her books! So you know for sure that you have made a good choice!
