Puk has been looking forward to this week's outing of his choice for a while: Skateland Rotterdam. He really wants to learn how to skateboard so he is very happy that we are going (fiiinally) try it out today.
Nice tip! With your Rotterdam Vacation Passport you can go to Skateland one time for free and try it out. Can you see what it is like there and whether you would like to learn to skateboard yourself or do cool tricks with your BMX or stunt scooter. You can also learn roller skating and / or inline skating there.
The exercise room looks impressive! First you learn how to keep your balance on the narrow board. Bend your knees a bit, spread your arms and there you go!
For advanced skaters, stunt scooters and BMX riders there are regular events and competitions in Skateland Rotterdam. A Brazilian Carnival Roller Rave is also planned in the fall, you can read all about it on the website!
As far as we're concerned, Puk can take lessons here to learn skateboarding, he really enjoyed it very much! The mood here is very relaxed! Everyone is friendly and patient to the youngest skate fans, who bounce through it all left and right. They are also very helpful, a very good experience for young children! It was a mega fun afternoon for Puk with an exciting game of table football to round it off :))
We will definitely come back here soon because we are now also fans of Skateland Rotterdam!
