The illustrations by German illustrator Rotraut Susanne Berner are funny, cute, often unexpected and very special. They contribute a lot to the cozy atmosphere of the book, there is so mucht to see on the pictures. Sometimes someone walks or flies outside the frame or you see a ballerina rabbit figure skating. Such fun!
