In 2002 an American friend presented us with the book The Giver, by American author Lois Lowry. We love the wonderful story and we read it to the mini-monsters. Since then the book has been a present for various kids.
Now there are four parts published and the original book The Giver, was filmed and is available on DVD. High time to share the books with our young snazzie readers.
The original The Giver has now been translated into Dutch, hopefully the three other parts will follow. In English the books are also published as a quartet or in a boxset. In Dutch you can start with part 1 or watch the DVD.
