For the next two weeks we will be reading Wind in the Willows to the mini-monsters again. The story is and will remain the classic Wind in the Willows-story, written by Kenneth Grahame. But this particularly beautiful version of the book was illustrated by the brilliant Australian artist Robert Ingpen and it is a stunning book.
The illustrations are classic and modern at the same time, look at the tough Badger in his cool sweater. Dark and moody as they are, the pictures fit the story very well. We enjoy reading this beautiful book very much.
