Yesterday we had the Patatas Bravas tapas online and today we make Tortillitas de Bacalao, to go with it. Because it is a nice combination with the Bravas sauce (the Pieten and we agree!), which tastes very good with the fish snacks. You can also dip your bread in the sauce, all very tasty.

Chop the parsley and crush the garlic.

Put it in a bowl and add 250ml water.

Add the colorante alimentario to the mixture.

Stir all ingredients together until combined.
