1 clean, fresh pineapple
2 large mango's
500 ml tropical fruit juice
sparkling water
Optional
a star fruit or
an orange
On warm days fruit always taste best. Today we make a tropical fruit punch with lovely sweet fruits for dessert.
How to make a tropical fruit punch
Peel and cut the mangos.
Peel and cut the pineapple.
Stir in the fruit juice.
Place the punch 1 hour in the fridge.
One hour in the fridge is minimal, you can make the punch a day ahead. Then the flavours will blend and the punch is nicely cold.
Spoon the punch into cups then top with sparkling water.
Serve with straws, cocktail prickers and forks, delicious!
Place a slice of star fruit or orange on the rim of the cups if you like.
