From the 7th of December 2012 up to and including February 14 2013 the Rotterdam Euromast Park will be transformed into a Chinese fairy tale. THe whole park is lit up with illuminated dragons and pandas, penguins and fish and more beautiful objects, too many to mention here.
You can go see a spectacular laser show and watch beautiful Chinese performances. You can taste delicious Asian dishes at various locations in the park, but if you prefer hot chocolate or a Dutch bite, that is also possible.
Do you live in Rotterdam (or near) you're lucky, because the Euromast Park is accessible by Metro. Just a 10 minute walk from the stop named Dijkzigt and you are at the entrace of the park. The park is also accessible by tram 7, 8 or 20, from there the route is indicated by arrows.
If you live outside of Rotterdam you can make it a fun day out, with your kids. An extraordinary festival like China Light will not come around again soon, you will have an unforgettable evening.
