What do you need?
ice cream sticks
small wire cutters
a cardboard nail file
a pencil
paint, black, pink and yellow
silver paint
paintbrushes
a black felt-tip pen
Now that the little monsters are back in school, we are making fun 'back to school' bookmarks for them. They like them so much that they want to make some for their BFFs at school too. How nice, because the pencil bookmarks are very cuteand not difficult to make.
Here is how you make the bookmarks
Cut off two corners on one side.
Sand the cut edges smooth.
Draw stripes on the 'pencil'.
Where point and eraser should be.
Paint the point black and the eraser pink.
Paint a stripe of silver, against the eraser.
Paint the pencil itself yellow.
Allow the paint to dry really well.
Then you can write something on it with a felt-tip pen, if you like.
