If we place these chocolate hats (out of the sun) in front of the window, it might just be that a Mischievous Leprechaun sneaks in to play tricks on us. That is, if they really exist and if they also live outside Ireland, in the Netherlands for example.

Maybe we can lure the leprechauns to our house with these tasty chocolate hats. We are going to give it a try anyway! And if those leprechauns don't show up, then we'll just have to eat the hats ourselves. That's fine too! ;)))

How to make chocolate Leprechaun hats

Melt the chocolate au bain marie.

Carefully twist the cookies apart.

When the chocolate has melted ...

... you dip in the cookies.

Tap off the excess chocolate.

Allow the chocolate on the cookies to set.

Dip the marshmallows in the chocolate as well.

Allow the chocolate to set.

Melt the candy melts and stir.

Dip in the marshmallows.

Scoop the rest of the candy melts into a small piping bag

Pipe 3 dots close together, shamrocks.

Allow the shamrocks to dry 1-2 mins.

Stick the shamrocks on the hats with candy melt.

Allow the St. Patrick's Day Hats to dry completely.

Brew the tea and have a lovely St. Patrick's Day!

Have fun today!
