4 organic carrots
¼ onion, thinly sliced
¼ spring onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

A simple and healthy side dish for the Aloo Tikki is this delicious carrot salad. This carrot ribbon salad is quick to make—you dol need a vegetable peeler—and it adds a lovely sweet, refreshing flavor to your snacks.

How to make this Carrot Ribbon Salad

Wash the carrots, dry and peel them thinly.

Shave into ribbons using a vegetable peeler.

Slice the scallion in thin rings.

Roast the sesame seads in a dry frying pan.

Let the sesame seeds cool completely.

Put all the other ingredients in a large bowl.

Stir it all together until it is wel combined

Add the carrot ribbons to the bowl and toss until well combined.

Spoon the salad in a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seads.
