What do you need for +/- 30 Panda cookies?
200g plain flour
125g butter (room temperature)
175g caster sugar
1 free-range organic egg (room temperature)
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
icing fondant in black, white and light pink

The mini-monsters can't wait to get started with these cute little cookie cutters. So we're going to start straight away and bake sweet little vanilla Panda Biscuits.
How to make these little Panda Biscuits
Mix butter, sugar and vanilla sugar creamy, put the egg in and mix through.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder and add it in little bits.
Mix for several minutes then continue kneading by hand.
Cover the bowl with clingfilm and place it 30 minutes in the frigdge.
Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough.
Roll the dough to 1/2 - 1 cm thickness and cut pandas out.
Place the cutters closely together and roll out leftovers again.
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Repeat this until all the dough is used.
Place the cookies 30 minutes in the frigdge.
Bake the Pandas light brown in 12-15 minutes.
Allow to cool on a wire rack.
Never mind if the cookies have run out a bit, just rub the fondant icing gently to the edge of the biscuit with your fingertips.
Cut out the fondant with the cookie cutter.
All you need is in the cutters.

Stick the loose fondant parts together with a drop of water.
Roll a tiny ball of pink and flatten it, press on cheeks.
Press coloured sprinkles in the eyes.
