What do you need?
1000g sugar
200ml water
1/2 a bottle of vodka
1 vanilla pod
50g of good instant coffee
a sealable bottle
optional: whipped cream
When leafing through the paper, we find a cool recipe to make your own liqueur. Super easy and delicious. Start right away but you must have 2-3 weeks patience!
Place the instant coffee with the sugar in a pan.
Add water and stir everything firmly together.
Bring the mixture to the boil.
Let the mixture cook until the sugar is totally dissolved.
Let the coffee mixture cool then stir the vodka in.
Pour the mixture into a sterilized bottle and add the vanillapod, broken in 3 pieces.
Close the bottle and put it away for two to three weeks.
Finally, it's time! Sift the Kahlua through an clean rag or through a sieve. Clean the bottle with 1 teaspoon of soda and rinse it thoroughly with boiling water. Pour the Kahlua back inot the bottle.
Now first make coffee, this tastes so good on a cold winters day!
