Today we are making simple bunnies with the little monsters. A fun job! But it requires patience from the little ones, because self-drying clay is very nice but it takes a few days for the clay to dry completely. What is fun, is that we move the bunnies every day. :)) Then paint them and let the paint dry again :( But luckily for us that only takes an hour!
How to make the bunnies
Knead the clay well for a minute.
Roll it into a ball.
Shape the ball somewhat longer.
Shape bunny ears and tails.
Press the ears on the back of the head, rub smooth.
Prick in the eyes and nose.
Set the bunnies aside to dry.
Turn them over now and then, lay them flat and stand them upright, so they can dry on all sides, this takes a day or two - three
You can paint the bunnies in a colour you like, or not at all. :))
Stick on the tails and your bunnies are ready for Easter!
