Zomer (Summer)

With our little ones, we read a beautiful board book about Summer, written and illustrated by Sophie Pluim. All the summer activities—which the little ones know well—appear in the book, such as picking strawberries and digging on the beach.

The text is concise but to the point, just enough for our little ones. We strike up whole conversations together, about how wonderful summer is!

The beautiful illustrations hold great appeal for our little ones, but that doesn't matter at all. The book is sturdy enough for eager little toddler hands, so they can 'read' in the book themselves. Our little ones are actually very clever; they can even read upside down! ;)))
