Grandpa's recipe for baked potatoes is a big success in our family. Large and small, young and old, everyone loves Grandpa's baked potatoes. Sometimes it differs what is eaten with it, but Grandpa's potatoes are unanimously found to be the tastiest ever.
This easy you bake Grandpa's potatoes
Peel the potatoes thinly.
Wash them really well.
Place them half under water.
Bring the water to a boil.
Cut them into slices or pieces.
Melt the butter an add the potatoes.
Fry them for a few minutes until golden all around.
Eat the potatoes with fried cod and a green salad.
Or make a hash to go with it, with chicken, Brussels sprouts and apples.
Our little monsters prefer to eat the baked potatoes with peas and apple sauce, which is also delicious!
